When purchasing items from the Indigenous Spirit Jewelry website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below. Please read through the agreement carefully and contact us with any questions or concerns.

1. Indigenous Spirit Jewelry does not accept exchanges or refunds.

2. Customers are responsible to pay for shipping related charges.

3. If shipping address is not entered correctly, a $5 administration fee will be charged if a change of address is requested. Please send change of address requests using the “contact us” button below.

4. Indigenous Spirit Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost due to an incorrect shipping address.

5. Shipping labels are created at time of purchase; however, shipping could take 1 - 2 weeks.

6. Beadwork pieces will be slightly unique due to being handmade.

By purchasing items and/or signing up for our mailing list, you are agreeing to the following:

• The information collected on this site, including your name, phone number, shipping address, email and other related personal information is used for the purposes of facilitating website sales.

• Information is shared with the payment provider you select for purchases and sent on shipping packages. Payments on the website are processed through Stripe.

• If you sign up for our email list, emails will be occasionally sent, only by Indigenous Spirit Jewelry staff, until you choose to unsubscribe.
